Returns are simple — provided your item comes back to us as it left.

You have 14 days from receiving your item to return it for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Returns made after 14 days will be credited to your E-wallet, valid for one year. E-wallet credit is non-refundable once used.
01UK returns
For all UK orders placed directly through ashwoodleatheroutlet.co.uk, you can generate a prepaid return label and send your item back within 14 days of receipt.
Generate a return labelA £4.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund, charged per parcel. Please return multiple items together in one shipment to avoid extra charges.

02International returns
We do not offer a free international return service. Returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer, and sent to the address below. Any duties or fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
